I cannot remember the finance representative but he also was efficient and speedy. The whole transaction took less than 2 hours (fastest I have experienced). Unfortunately I did not have time to get instructions as to the computer features on my new car. Jaguar of Orlando sent Nathalila Taylor to Ocala (at my convenience) to instruct me as to the features of my car functions. She was professional and a great help. All I can say that the experience was very pleasant. The dealership knows how to treat its customers!! More
