Recently sold my Mercedes SL 500 to a private party and had a chance to get another one. Chose to get the f type r instead. Abner, Gary and Phillip were very willing get a deal going. I have been with Jaguar along time. Love the new building and the setup. Randy in Service is the primary reason that I keep returning to Jaguar. He has been my service advisor since 2003. It was an impressive experience with a loaner car available, the trim part replacement and recall it First time visit to the dealership for service. It was an impressive experience with a loaner car available, the trim part replacement and recall item taken care of as scheduled and in addition ---- upon 128 point inspection a problem (water pump leak) was found and corrected within two hours. Don Byrd was excellent / informative over the phone and in person relative to setting up this service for me and getting it done in a timely manner once I arrived at the Dealership . Everyone that participated was courteous and accommodating. More
