Your negative review has taken us by surprise. Upon hearing of your buyer’s remorse, I contacted you directly. I told you I do not want you to be unhappy and said we would gladly come pick up the vehicle in Tampa and reverse the sale immediately. You declined that offer. We then discussed that the s econd key was owed to you and on back order due to the semi-conductor shortage, you appeared to understand that situation and that the key was in process. The offer is still on the table. If you want us to buy the vehicle back, we will make arrangements as soon as possible. We're deeply saddened that your vehicle had an issue so soon after the delivery. We had tried twice to fix the vehicle and provided the customer with a loaner to drive back to Pensacola. After the repair attempts, we delivered the vehicle back to her home. The problem re-surfaced. The Dealer in Alabama effected a repair due to this third malfunction. Both Ivan and our General Sales Manager Philip have been unable to make contact to discuss the matter with the customer. Suffice to say, we would dearly like to have that conversation and resolve any misunderstandings that may have taken place. Please call Philip at 407 832-7316 and we will assist in any way we can.

Your response is absolutely true. What you don't understand is the term "customer experience." Your service manager assured me - as I left to return to my home 500 miles away -- that the problem was resolved. "I wouldn't put my wife and/or daughters in a car that I didn't believe was safe to drive." Well, three months later, the exact same thing happened. When I called the person that sold me this car (and remember, I'm stranded) he said "Can't help you. Call the nearest dealer." Wow! Can't help me? Why not pick up the phone and help me find my nearest dealer. Why not help me and pick up the phone, find my nearest dealer, and help make me an appointment. Why not help me and call road side assistance or at least give me the number. Again, $100,000 car guys. Customer experience, customer experience, customer experience! (If you need names of firms that can train your people on just that, I can refer you to some firms.)
