I have a 2018 f pace. I have had nothing but issues and recalls since the purchase. I have yet another recall and my car stalled other day due to another recall and I ca I have had nothing but issues and recalls since the purchase. I have yet another recall and my car stalled other day due to another recall and I called the dealership today to make an appt. to bring in as well as a loaner or rental. I was told they have no loaners for the rest of April. They know the issue is not good and could cause more damage. I was told I can take a shuttle or lyft 20 miles to an enterprise rental car to see if they have any available. What happens when I get there and there are none? I was also told if I breakdown I have roadside assistance. My bumper fell off 2x and was a jaguar defect. My whole system is still screwed from the day I bought the car. I was told it's my phone etc. This is absolutely ridiculous. They have been calling to buy back my car they have time for that but not for actual service customers. The person who answered was great like most of the technicians but this is absolutely ridiculous. You buy a product for name and reputation but Jaguar is the absolute the worst car I have ever had. So I have issues and it is because of the recall and I have to find my own rental car and pay for and if I don't I guess I'm just out of luck???? This car is a lemon! I'm sure they see these and will be even ruder next time I bring in. You would think with a name and price of a jaguar you would have a higher level of customer service. This is outrageous. I was told bring car in but couldn't give appt. Checked online. May 9 soonest to be seen if I book online. More

My service advisor was Chris. He was very knowledgable and told me what the service technicians would be doing for the 16,000 mile check up. They also completed a software update. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ! Especially salesman Ivan Delgado. These people are VERY crooked and the manager ( Phillip Halstead ) is the one behind it all. I purchased a 2023 La ! I purchased a 2023 Land Rover Defender from this dealership and when I took delivery of the vehicle it was delivered to me filthy. Then they only gave me one key that worked. Then when I called the service department to find out how to go about getting a second key and he told me that I would have to buy a new one. So I ended up paying almost $780.00 out of pocket in order to obtain a second key for the vehicle. On top of all of this Manager Phillip Halstead was VERY INSISTENT that I pay $10K over MSRP for the vehicle. After I left the dealership I called the other Land Rover Dealership in Orlando and they are NOT CHARGING A SINGLE PENNY OVER MSRP!! So save yourself a headache and THOUSANDS of dollars and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Phillip Halstead is a crook. More

DO NOT buy a car from this dealer! I bought a 2022 Range Rover Sport from Ivan Delgado in November 2021 and two days later the car would not go out of drive and would not start. I to I bought a 2022 Range Rover Sport from Ivan Delgado in November 2021 and two days later the car would not go out of drive and would not start. I told them on day two of owning the car that they need to give me a new car. No, they said. We can fix it. I told them I am single woman, with one car, living in NW Florida and a dealer would be 75 miles away from me. So, I need a working NEW car. No, they said. Again, we can fix it. OK. It happened again in March 2022. They would not help me at all. "Not our problem. Call your nearest dealer." Who does that? And this is a $100K car!!! RUN... DO NOT WALK... AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. Their sales and service people do not know what they're doing. Jaguar Range Rover Gulf Coast in Mobile fixed the problem. And they knew exactly what they are doing. I've owned five Range Rovers and I will always deal with Tyler Mimms in Mobile. Service and sales! More
I looked all over central Florida and found this dealership to be the ONLY one who would be upfront with pricing and no gotchas. I could not have been treated more fair. Rene was excellent to deal with. They set me up in a beautiful XJL. They didn't hassle me. The test drive experience was great. I can't remember the name of the lady who was assisting me when I brought the car back for a quick followup but she was amazing. She kept me informed and was super nice, as was Rene. More
