This is a follow-up to my earlier review. During the course of delivering my car to the Atlanta Metro area, the transport company's driver caused significant damage to my neighbor's driveway during his course of delivering my car to the Atlanta Metro area, the transport company's driver caused significant damage to my neighbor's driveway during his attempt to turn the transport vehicle around. Pursuant to filing a claim for the damage, the transport company suddenly had no recollection of any damage. My neighbor was ultimately reimbursed for all damages, but only after aggressive intervention by Al Kirschbaum. Again, Al's tenacity in resolving issues quickly and thoroughly is not only indicative of a consummate professional, but salvaged my long time relationship with a good neighbor (not to mention my neighbor happens to be the Homeowner's Association President).
