One word for Gerardo!!! Fabulous! He is so Attentive and he knows his stuff. He makes you feel like you are the most important person and he goes beyond his call of service to explain how things should go a he knows his stuff. By FAR best service center I have ever dealt with. Title said it all. Last few times Reid Richardson has been my advisor and as I mentioned, pure joy to deal with him and this department. Always courteous, accommodating and extremely efficient. This is my first experience with the Range Rover brand and literally because of Reid, I will never change brands again. Gary Sunley excellent customer service and professionalism. I took my 2011 Jaguar in for service to check my battery. Great customer service My F-Type started having issues with the fuel injectors 6 miles away from the dealership in a Saturday afternoon. Rick got me in and gave me a brand new car as a loaner and reassured me that the repair would be covered under the vehicles extended warranty. Gary kept me updated via text as to the progress of the repair and had me back in my F-Type the next week. Knowledgeable and pleasant bloke. Cheers mate! More
