I had a really great experience with this dealership & could not be happier with my purchase. I dealt with 3 outstanding people, I would like to mention. Michael, the Used Car Manager, Jennifer, the Finance Manager & Zachary Phillips, my Sales Manager (who is just wonderful). Each of these 3 people made my overall experience & purchase very easy & painless. Forget everything you think you know about buying a pre-owned car at a dealership, Grieco is a cut above the rest & is a true class act. It was refreshing to deal with honest professionals, who really take the time to help you & make your purchase very easy & effortless. I can't say enough good things about Zachary Phillips. He is an honest man, who really went out of his way to make sure everything was up to par & to my liking. He went above & beyond the call of duty & dealing with him was a true pleasure. Absolute 5 Star 1st Class Service! If you go to Grieco Jaguar in Ft. Pierce, ask for Zachary. He is wonderful! The 2009 Mercedes E 350 I bought, is a gem. The worst Well after I arrived at the dealership to pickup my car they wanted me to sign a paperwork other than my already approved loan documents. Never disclosed that put a 12 month title hold on a car you own. My thought it was ridiculous . They issued me a We Owe for my deposit and never refunded my money. That was from 1-13-17, it is now 3-13-17. After multiple stories and excuses they are now reported to the Attorney General. This is a terrible place to do business. More

Bad Battery I returned to my home in Vero Beach, Fl to find the battery in my 2007 Jaguar XKR was dead. The dealer sent David White, Transporter, to my home with a flat bed truck. He took my car to the dealership (over an hour away); where a new battery was installed at no charge. David then returned the car to my home. David was courteous, professional and did a great job. Also, the Service Department representative (Jay) was extremely helpful. More

We had been at a previous dealership clos My wife and I just purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport from the team at Jaguar Land Rover Treasure Coast. We had been at a previous dealership closer to my home in Palm Beach, and had left (1) without a car and (2) feeling as the fact that we were not buying the most expensive model made us a little less important. That changed the second I dialed Land Rover Treasure Coast. I was immediately put on the phone with the manager Ron and within minutes he had made me feel comfortable as well as beat the price of the identical car I was looking at at the other dealership. We reached a deal over the phone and he even offered to drive the car to us for inspection. We decided to drive to the dealership where we met Ron and Rick . Within an hour we left with a vehicle. We couldn't do the paperwork that night, but so that we were not inconvenienced, Ron personally drove to my house to sign the paperwork. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. To think, I have not even talked about how much we love the car and the price. Thank you for the pleasure of working with your staff. More

David White (Tow Driver) is so very nice. He takes pride in his work and he kept asking if there was anything else he could do to make our experience a better one. The answer was NO!!!! He did it all. Just to be clear, I don't have any interest (vested or otherwise) in Land Rover/Jaguar of the Treasure Coast other than being one VERY satisfied customer. More

Fantastic Experience. Everything was done perfectly! We emailed the specs on the car we wanted and called and chatted on the phone before going to the store. When we got to the dealership Scott Wynn (the Internet Sales Manager) had the car right at the front drive detailed and ready for us. My wife test drove it and Scott explained how all the different accessories are operated. The paperwork was a breeze, the new tag was on the car and it was perfectly detailed. I would highly recommend this dealership! Jennifer in the Finance department answered all of our questions and inquired about how long we would have the car to determine what to suggest for some maintenance in the future to get the best deal. It was a great experience all around. We traded in our older Land Rover and they gave us a great value on the trade too. If you want a Land Rover make sure you visit this store and ask for Scott!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Within the last month I purchased a new Range Rover (Love it!) from Scot Davis (GM) and Scott Winn. The deal was flawless with no hidden agendas! Wh Within the last month I purchased a new Range Rover (Love it!) from Scot Davis (GM) and Scott Winn. The deal was flawless with no hidden agendas! When I bought my 1st Range Rover in 2013 from this same dealership promises were made and not kept! I have been looking for a new Range Rover since 11/2015 and wanted to deal local but the deal didn't work out! So I have been searching the state of Florida and finally found the Range Rover I wanted and it was again at Treasure Coast. Dealing with Scot and Scott has renewed my faith not only in this dealership but in the Land Rover name. Two days after I bought my new vehicle I was on my way out of FL on vaca and a warning indicator light came on. I called the service department; the Shop Foreman Frank got on the phone told me what was wrong and sent me to the Jacksonville Land Rover dealer for a quick fix. He even called ahead and told them I was coming in; told them to call him when I got there and he would assist with the problem. Needless to say, Jacksonville Fields Land Rover had me there for over 6 hours; couldn't fix the problem; didn't want to deal with the Treasure Coast dealership; wouldn't admit they couldn't fix the problem until I lost it. They knew I was trying to get out of Florida and drive a 1000 miles to my destination. The GM Scot Davis was on the phone with me and the dealership all day trying to resolve the problem. So now its time for Fields to get me a rental car, I tell them I want something comparable to what I have at least the same size as I was loaded down to go on vaca. They didn't want to deal with me; they deal with an Enterprise Rental very close to the dealership and they gave me a Dodge Journey! Scot Davis (GM from TC LR) called the Enterprise and told them to upgrade the vehicle; they told me "its the best we got". At this point I have been dealing with this dealer (Fields) for 7 hours for something that should have taken no more than 2 hours. I spoke with Scot Davis, I decided to go home and Scot obtained an upgraded vehicle to drive the 1000 miles to my destination and waited over an hour after closing for me to get to the dealership so that I could start over the next day early. Just driving the 200+ miles in the rental back to Fort Pierce was an experience, I couldn't imagine driving it 1000 miles. Additionally, TC LR sent a truck to Jacksonville and picked up my vehicle and brought it back to Fort Pierce so that it could be fixed. My vehicle was ready and waiting on me when I returned from vacation. Scot, Scott and Frank are outstanding employees and should be recognized for going above and beyond to assist a customer. An interesting tidbit of information that I found out this morning 3 wks after this happened, is when I bought my vehicle in 2013 the dealership in Fort Pierce was owned by Fields, imagine that! So I guess that Fields just treat their customers with disrespect! The dealership is now owned by Grieco! Great service and respect for their customers! More
