Unfortunately, we don’t have enough New Vehicle supply to provide loaners to all our customers and have supplemented our loaner fleet with around $2,000,000 in Pre-owned JLR vehicles. Without booking an appointment in advance, we simply can’t guarantee a loaner. I understand that this has caused some disappointment and for that, I extend my sincerest apologies.
