In Oct 2014, Gavin helped me buy an LR4 for my wife as a surprise for her 40th Birthday, he took care of everything from beginning to end and ordered all the options just like I asked for. When it came to the Accessories, Julianna was AMAZING, she took care of everything and made sure it was all ready for us to pick up. So in April of 2015, I decided to buy my own Range Rover and of course I went to Gavin again who handled it from A-Z. And of course I reached out to Julianna for my accessories and once again she took care of everything for me. Even when there was a hiccup in the order, Gavin made sure to get things corrected to my satisfaction and went above and beyond what anyone else would've done.
