Buyer/Service Customer Beware Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo provides the worst customer service of any car dealership I have ever used. I purchased my Range Rover in another st Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo provides the worst customer service of any car dealership I have ever used. I purchased my Range Rover in another state and needed a service provider in Indiana. I have had nothing but frustrating experiences. I have found it extremely difficult to even schedule a service appt. When you call Tom Wood you get an operator that will gladly direct you to someone's voicemail who will probably not call you back. Both times I have had my car serviced, no one has called me to tell me when my car is done. Again, I would call and get a voicemail. It's impossible to talk one-on-one with anyone here. Their car rental service is the same. They gave me a car with a bad tire and a tire pressure light that came on and soon as I left their lot. The tire blew and I was left paying over $300 for the tire. I drove Mercedes for 10 years and always received top of the line customer service. Tom Wood does not know how to provide this level of customer service. Stay away from this place if you can. More

Great place and great people I came in for regular maintenance and tire changes, balance and alignment. I got a personal phone call when it is done and when I came to pick up, my car is ready to go and clean and shinny because they washed my car. I love this place.
