Service Over Booked Being from out of town, I made a service appointment a week in advance. When I arrived on time, I was told that our needs couldn't be completed that Being from out of town, I made a service appointment a week in advance. When I arrived on time, I was told that our needs couldn't be completed that day and I was given a loaner car. I returned home some 55 miles away and returned 4 days later when our car was ready. I only had 5 year service checks and tire rotation. I found the price for an oil change to be exorbanent! More
