Customer service is a joke Recently purchased a Range Rover. The car is beautiful and so far appears to be doing fine. However, if you’re looking for top of the line service you should just go to Mercedes or BMW. If you happen to like wasting your precious time, than this is the place for you! They will not answer or return calls promptly, they will transfer you to different people and have you leave messages only to receive no response. Additionally, if you buy a car in cash they WILL NOT INCLUDE FLOOR MATS. Apparently these aren’t “included” and this was never communicated during the sale of the vehicle nor were we given instructions on how to purchase them since they aren’t provided. Car is nice but customer service was so terribly inefficient that I will certainly not return. More

The only thing I didn't like about the dealership are the sticker prices for the same vehicles are more than other dealerships. You need to really negotiate to get a better price. More

Service I brought my car in to have the cooling system checked out. The service department did not have a loaner car available, but set me up with a rental c I brought my car in to have the cooling system checked out. The service department did not have a loaner car available, but set me up with a rental car. As I was driving less than 1 mile from the dealer, the rear windshield suddenly shattered while I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green. To make a long story short, my car insurance covered the replacement, but I had a deductible. After explaining my situation to the service representative, she took my case to the Land Rover Service Manager, who reduced the repair bill by the amount of my deductible. I was impressed by this move and shows that they value me as a customer. I live in Bloomington (1.5 hrs drive), but only trust LR to do my regular and scheduled maintenance on my Range Rover. I will continue to go there for all future mechanical work. More

Outstanding customer service We live 75 miles from the dealership. We were able to plan our trip over to have our F-Pace serviced, receiving a courtesy vehicle for the day. After returning home, we needed to return again due to small glitch with the computer update they had installed. Instead of having us return all the way to the dealership, our service advisor sent over a driver with a courtesy vehicle and picked ours up from the house and returned it the same weight following the second service visit. The service department went above and beyond with this level of customer care. This type of attention to detail creates brand satisfaction beyond words with my wife and myself ! More
