The process was less then 30mins. One thing I must note and I’m so thankful for is they didn’t Badger me or call me every day. This dealership sent me one email containing the car information I was interested in and one Courtesy call. They left the ball in my court, I recommend this dealership so much. I also recommend Sami she was exceptional in making my transition so smooth and accommodating. 100% excellent customer service This is the place for you if your looking for a great car and excellent service! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Ranger Rover Velar last year (Thanks, Ben!). However, all the good feels are gone following my experience with the service department. I brought my Velar in for Velar last year (Thanks, Ben!). However, all the good feels are gone following my experience with the service department. I brought my Velar in for a seat repair (my doing) and to have all fluids checked and recalls addressed. I received a call back two days later saying they would be able to repair the seat the following day. After not hearing back from them 8 days later, I left a voicemail. I followed this voicemail up with an other the following day. Finally, two days later, I received a return call saying would be finished in two days. However, by the end of the week, I hadn't heard anything. I left a voicemail, and followed up with another voicemail the next day. Still no return call. Finally, the following Monday, I receive a call that my car is ready. I pick up the car - FILTHY - told that washer was down. OK. Then I start the car (after service rep drove the car) and the windshield wiper fluid is on. Who knows what else they didn't check/do??? I addressed the lack of returned calls and was told they were short-staffed. How much time does it take to return a call? I asked to speak with Service Manager, Joe Shore, who asked me what he wanted me to do - I told him it was up to him. He offered to have car detailed, for which I waited an hour. They didn't detail the back of the car. The attention to detail and level of communication is LESS than one would expect when purchasing a car at this price point, and doesn't even rise to the level anyone should expect in any situation! Return the phone calls. Pay attention to details. Do what you say you are going to do. I really don't think I'm asking too much. More
The sales person was really sweet and respectful to me prior to the Sale. The day they delivered the car dnd we had a chance to check it out, we found damage, and took pics and forwarded it to him. He stated that he knew for a fact that there was no damage on the car prior to us receiving it a few hours later. He wasn’t very nice about the way he worded it either. Can’t say I had a good experiences this visit. Dropped it off on Wednesday and didn’t get it back till Saturday. They replaced two pieces of trim and repaired a seat belt. No communication from my service ad off on Wednesday and didn’t get it back till Saturday. They replaced two pieces of trim and repaired a seat belt. No communication from my service advisor until I called him. They indicated they are understaffed. It’s regrettable their phone system is undermanned as well. More

orst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had planned to buy either a Jaguar or Land Rover - that is until I met Andrea and Sammy two of the Sales associates. They were condescending and arrogant planned to buy either a Jaguar or Land Rover - that is until I met Andrea and Sammy two of the Sales associates. They were condescending and arrogant. It always drives me crazy when the sales associates of a luxury brand begin to think they are better than the customers. Like somehow the luxury brand has rubbed off on them and they are now luxury sales associates. I then went to Acura where I was treated respectfully. I was taught in high school economics that buying something is an “economic vote.” Well I vote “no” for this dealership and yes for Acura. More

I had scheduled my appointment for a 30k check up, which supposedly went routinely, but the car was returned with the check engine light on, which I had asked them to review. So I tried to use the Volvo val supposedly went routinely, but the car was returned with the check engine light on, which I had asked them to review. So I tried to use the Volvo valet to schedule another pick up for the following Wednesday. I left a message also with the service department, to let them know that the light had appeared again as the reason for my appointment. The 8 to 9 a.m. time slot came and went, so I called the service department around 9 to see why no one had shown up to pick up my car. I was forwarded to another voicemail, where I left a message with the service department. I received no follow-up call and no one showed up to pick up my car. Maybe this review will get their attention. As I didn't speak with anyone directly other than the receptionist, I do not want to call out one particular person in this review, but the rating system is forcing me to choose. More
