When I scheduled my 100,000-mile service online, the Factory Maintenance package displayed in the $600–$700 range. 2/13/2026: I dropped off my vehicle and signed the intake paperwork, not realizing the document reflected a different package totaling $1,048.95 plus tax and shop supplies. 2/14/2026 (vehicle ready): When I reviewed the service portal the next day — after declining additional recommended items — the total displayed was $653.84, consistent with the $600–$700 range I originally booked. I clicked “Reviewed and Approved” at that amount. Management later stated this lower portal total was a “clerical error” because labor did not properly populate. However, the invoice breakdown shows labor alone was $691.47, with parts at $357.48, shop supplies $52.94, and tax $25.02, totaling $1,126.91. If the portal was “missing labor,” the numbers do not reconcile mathematically — because subtracting $691.47 from $1,126.91 results in $435.44, not $653.84. After I questioned the discrepancy, I returned to the same portal link and the total had changed again to $1,439.62. To summarize the pricing sequence presented to me: • Booked online: $600–$700 range • Intake document signed: $1,048.95 • Portal reviewed/approved: $653.84 • Portal later displayed: $1,439.62 That is a swing from roughly $600 to over $1,400 within the same service event. I have retained screenshots and written correspondence documenting the timeline and pricing changes. Regardless of intent, the process resulted in a materially different service package being authorized than the one originally booked, without clear acknowledgment of that change. Consumers should carefully verify the exact service package and total on intake paperwork and not rely solely on booking confirmations or portal estimates. I bought a used 2020 S60 T6 in 2024 from a different dealership. It was in great shape and had 32,000 miles on it. I took it to this dealership to have the oil changed and have it looked over to see if dealership. It was in great shape and had 32,000 miles on it. I was told the rear brake pads and rotors were in need of replacing and the front set would need to be replaced pretty soon. I didn't do it. 20,000 miles later, I just had the rear pads and rotors replaced, even though they weren't yet completely worn out and the front are still in good shape. More

The added option for them to pick up and drop off my car was very nice! They communicated the status of my car via text and were very responsive when I asked questions.
