Poor Customer Service I had a very positive experience the first time around. 90% of of the work was done via email. But this time, Mike was wholly unresponsive to email, seemed completely disinterested. Also, I would rate my experience with this service department as one star. I was told that I would be provided with a complimentary loaner (Range Rover or Jaguar) for all service appointments. Every time, I had to go through the headache of renting a car through Enterprise through their service department. I made the dealership pay for it, but was always provided with economy cars. More

disappointed customer I purchased a 2011 BMW 550X Drive as a second car from Great Britian's in June. Before I completed the transaction I asked the sales person about the I purchased a 2011 BMW 550X Drive as a second car from Great Britian's in June. Before I completed the transaction I asked the sales person about the tires and the shaking of the steering wheel when breaks were applied. I was told the tires are new and the shake in the steering wheel was because the car had sat for a while. Trusting the sales person I finalized the sale. On my way back to Maryland a light came on indicating that I needed to add anti-freeze. I thought this was a little strange because the car should have been inspected. Fast forward I took the car in for the Maryland inspection where I learned that the front rotors needed to be replaced (this was causing the shake in the steering wheel). I was willing to let this go, but within a few weeks, several other things happen: my tire blew (supposedly new tires) damaging two of my rims. When I took the car in to the dealership I was told that the anti-freeze coolant hose was leaking (explains why the car needed anti-freeze often). I contacted Paul, service manager to explain my disappointment. It took him a week to return my phone call (only returned it because I kept calling). I even sent several emails. My request was simple I wanted the company to "right a wrong". Which meant replace the rotors, address the leaky anti-freeze hose and reimburse me for some of the money I was out replacing rims and tires on a recent car purchase. I submitted to Paul all the paper work requested. He suggested I drive from Maryland to PA so they can inspect the car. I took time off from work to drive down (total inconvenience). They replaced the front rotors and I don't know what was done to the leaky hoses because I received varying responses (the day I came down Paul went home sick). Paul sent me a text stating he was going to talk with the CFO to see what they could do to assist me with the $1900 I spent on new rims and tires-not to mention the time spent and tolls paid for the travel. I never heard back from Paul. I sent several follow-up emails/text messages and to date he hasn't bothered to call me back or address my out of pocket expense. I am a reasonable person, but lack tolerance for bad service or deceptive sales practices. To whom it may concern, Paul's lack of follow up or professionalism needs to be addressed. I didn't buy a car from your dealership because I lacked options, I purchased the car because of the brand I thought the dealership stood for. I am totally disappointed with Great Britians and I hope this review will serve as a warning when doing business with this dealership. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY-this dealership lacks integrity. More

Our sales consultant Nick Censi was a incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at and answered all of our questions. He was personable, low key and never made us feel pressured in any way. The sales manager, Todd Agostini, made this purchase a reality with an incredibly fair price that we quickly agreed to. Todd also took the time to talk with my 12 year old son about baseball and made him feel as welcome as my wife and I felt. Finance manager Brian Pham went the extra mile and on his own volition, found a lower percentage loan than we initially agreed to!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/ used vehicle! Excellent job by those three men! More

We stopped in to see a vehicle (not a franchise model) that Land Rover of Willow Grove had on their lot that met our search criteria. George was super to work with. He was genuinely interested in understanding what we were looking for and patiently answered our questions. Ultimately, we were satisfied that we found the right vehicle and completed the purchase. Everything was handled courteously and efficiently, right through to the quick delivery of the vehicle registration (~2 weeks after the sale). Throughout the process, everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. For us, however, it was George's approach that made this our most pleasant preowned vehicle purchase experience (and we've bought many over the years). He even called us a few weeks after the sale to check in and make sure we were enjoying our "new" car. We will certainly call George when we're back in the market and we will, without hesitation, recommend George to family, friends, neighbors and coworkers. More
