Read my description below and read up on the issue - it doesn't appear out of the blue. Second, I was offered $1000 to delete this review. I have chosen not to, as I would rather that customers can read this and deal with the issue myself. I cannot under any circumstances recommend that you buy a used car from this place. If you do, please be very, very careful. I bought a 2006 BMW 650i and after a short while I realized that it smoked a lot after idling (like a huge puff of smoke). I took it to a BMW specialist, who told me that it is a known problem with the model and that it involved the valve stem seals, which need to be changed. This is a $4200 job at the specialist and about $7-8000 at BMW. In other words a huge repair on top of what I already paid for a car, that they said had been through a 60 point inspection, which clearly was useless. I thought I was safe, since The Great Britains offered a warranty of the power train. So of course I assumed that the valves would be covered as they are clearly part of the power train. They are not. In fact the warranty they offer is useless. It only covers parts that don’t break. Like the cylinder or pistons. These will never break unless you operate the car without oil in it, in which case the warranty is void anyways. In short the warranty covers none of the parts that will break on your car. I spoke with a shop who also had issues with this warranty company. He agreed that it is not worth the paper it is written on. So, I contacted George Weldon of The Great Britains and told him of the issue. I asked if there was any way The Great Britains would be able to assist me with the repair since they had sold me a defect car. They basically told me: tough luck. There has been absolutely zero assistance or flexibility on their part. I am very disappointed and now I have to pay $4200 for a repair on a car I just bought from them.. So like I said i can not recommend them at all! The fact that they sell a car with a defect shows their incompetence, that their warranty is good for nothing, shows their cynicism and the fact that they are not willing to help out at all after this shows their complete lack of customer service. They give used car sellers a bad name! More

My latest purchase of a 2014 F-Type S was my second Jaguar from the Great Britains and I could not be happier. The whole sales and service experience has been top notch and Mark, in particular, was extremely hopeful. Jenna also was great with the finance pieces and Todd, the sales manager, was very helpful. I look forward to visiting the Great Britains again in a few years when it's time for my next car. More

I test drove the ca I attended the Philadelphia Auto Show and saw the F-Type convertible. I have always desired a Jaguar and decided this was the one. I test drove the car, thought about it, explored the financing and decided to place an order for a 2015 V6 S. Bill Marshall called me the day he was to order the car to inform me he had a pre owned model that had just been traded in with only 3500 miles in the odometer! I test drove the car on Wednesday and drove it off the lot on Saturday. Mr Marshall was supportive, pleasant and understanding in my need to make my decision thoughtfully. There was no pressure. He kept me in mind when the trade-in arrived and as a result I have my first Jaguar! I also met with Jenna for the signing of all the paperwork and she too was professional and very nice. The entire experience was a pleasure. I will recommended this dealership and Mr Marshall. More

Horrible This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2008 Range Rover Sport 3 years ago and the experience was less than stellar, Mark Reilly was condescending and borderline rude. Throughout the years I consistently brought my car in for service at the dealership. The service advisors were mostly Ok, especially Brandon Best. When my truck hit 90k, everything went downhill. The customer service was terrible, as if my business didn't matter to them any longer (probably because my warranty would expire at 100k). I literally had to fight with the service department over the fact that I HAD a valid warranty when they had the truck for 2 weeks and couldn't figure out that the starter was bad (when the car wouldn't start). They actually charged me and then had to round me the following day when finally realized I did in fact have a warranty. 1 month later the car was back at the dealer with a blown PCV valve and again they had it for another week. Not a week later a connecting rod blew literally through the side of the block. When I got the car towed in, they tried to blame me for this happening. After 10 days, they finally lt me know that a new motor would be covered by my warranty. 5 days later they told me they were having trouble getting a new motor. After another 5 days they told me that Land Rover can't get me a new motor for at least 9 months and that Land Rover wouldn't cover a loaner car for that time period. So, as a result they wanted to just buy out the rest of my loan (13K) and send me on my way. Needless to sy this was unacceptable, after a total of 5 weeks, we finally settled on 21k for the truck. I was told that this was from the factory, but when I spoke with the factory rep Land Rover was only paying off the loan and the dealer was sending the car to salvage for the additional 7k. The dealer agreed to provide me a car at "their cost". After trying to charge me retail for the "service performed" and the CPO there was a net discount of 4k. Other dealers had the same vehicle with 12k less miles for the same price. Land Rover Willow Grove over charges for their vehicles, and outright rude and disrespectful. Tom Burton (General Manager) spearheaded this process and dragged his feet at every turn. There was no reason for this to take 5 weeks and more so, how can a dealer/manufacturer not get a motor for 9 months. If you want a Range Rover go somewhere else. Go to West Chest Land Rover, go to Allentown Land Rover, Go To Cherry Hill Land Rover. The price will be better, the customer service will be better and ultimately they will actually appreciate your business. If you want to be treated like crap, like your money doesn't matter and like they are doing you a favor; go to Land Rover Willow Grove. Just don;t sy I didn't warn you. More
