His attention to detail, quick response time, and diligence in making sure every question was answered and every need was met made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you have money to burn! After bringing my car for a transmission issue, the estimate was $1,700 to replace the gear shifter. In 5 min I got a quote less than half the pric After bringing my car for a transmission issue, the estimate was $1,700 to replace the gear shifter. In 5 min I got a quote less than half the price from a specialized Land Rover shop just a few miles away. Then they insisted on charging me $275 just to read the codes on the computer. Service was not responsive and after waiting 4 hours for a call back, I had to call the receptionist several times to get me an answer.... I would not recommend to anyone. More

I was looking at one of their used cars and confirmed the night before that it was still in stock since I was coming to test drive it the next day, to which I received an e-mail that it was. When I drove dow night before that it was still in stock since I was coming to test drive it the next day, to which I received an e-mail that it was. When I drove down from LA to Mission Viejo, it turns out that the car was sold that night. The sales rep easily could have e-mailed me to say the car was no longer available and to not make the 56 mile trip down. And just the cavalier way the other salesman was, who sold the car the nigh before, really was off putting. If this is the way you handle potential customers, I would say avoid this dealership all together. More

Awesome working with MV LandRover/Jaguar. This is my 4th vehicle with them and I will keep coming back. Smooth, quick and easy process and the vehicles speak for themselves! We were hit by a drunk driver go vehicle with them and I will keep coming back. Smooth, quick and easy process and the vehicles speak for themselves! We were hit by a drunk driver going 40 mph and we were stopped. The evoque took the full impact and you’d never know by the minimal damage that we’d been in an accident, let alone hit by an SUV 3x the size of our car. The frame was bent and car was ultimately totaled but we had no injuries! Thank you Land Rover for designing a car that saved our lives! More
