We were interested in exploring the Range Rover Brand of vehicles. They valeted the car and Chris our salesman greeted and made us feel very comfortable. Hes a down to earth no pressure sales type of guy. With all the ordinary filters and stereotypes of car salesman gone we were relaxed and comfortable enough to really explore their inventory. Chris has a commanding knowledge of all the models and was able to quickly and effectively answer all questions. He took us thru a small tour of all models and helped us with a comparative analysis of options and prices. This helped me to decide quickly what I was looking for. When I asked him if he had the sports look of the V8 turbo with a V6 motor, he brought out the perfect car for us, the HSE Dynamic in Byron Blue. The car sold itself and the great sales service made it all a snap. The dealership did lower their price on a very rare hard to get model. We couldnt be happier with the entire transaction. My son was looking for a car lease on a Discovery Sport, we found the car online at the Mission Viejo Land Rover and Robert was able to negotiate a fabulous deal for us, and we drove from LA to get the car. When we got to the dealership we realized that the car was missing an important feature that my son needed-totally our fault for missing this. Robert was able to find another car, upgraded from our original choice and made the deal happen!! The most disappointing item was that when we drove off we had less than a quarter tank of gas. We had to stop on the way home to fill up. If you buy here please check your gas tank before you leave and ask them to fill it up. I didn’t do either and it was a mistake to assume it would be filled up when you purchase a car. More

Gustavo Vazquez said it should only take about an hour to finish up paperwork, and gave me a list of things I needed. Not even close, five to six hours later we were finished. I had made a list and asked about items. He assured me everything was there. Nope wrong floor mats. They got me some others, that didn't match, but I accepted them - not much choice after you've flown out. Promised me full plane ticket reimbursement - got partial. They gave me a key fob that wasn't coded, but assured me it could be. Got back to Ohio. It couldn't be coded. 11 emails to Gutavo (some phone calls) and many promises by him that it was on the way- 6 months later I gave up & just bought a second fob (they're expensive) mailed the old one back to the manager along with a copy of all the emails and my receipt for the one I had to purchase. No response that way either. Don't expect anything from them unless you have it in writing and get it before you leave, but they are really nice while you're there. It is a great car! More

Let's start off with the dealer rushed our whole deal, sent us a car to get us for about 75 miles away to purposely lock you into the deal so you won't want to Uber back home, the car was a disaster!!! The rep purposely opened the car doors every time to hide the fact that the 52 thousand dollar Jaguar didn't have key less entry, the head lights on the car are so light and there is no way to figure that out in a test drive during the day, the car had scratches that we found at the dealer which they acted like they did t know about it, when we showed it to them before leaving the dealership but all paperwork signed they didn't want to do anything for us but give us 100$ to go and fix it else where.... the car has other issues as well, like the steering wheel not changing the radio station ( they told us we don't know how to work the car lol...), the car engine RPM started going up like crazy after we turn off the car the same day we got it... the speaker on the driver side is making clicking noises.... are you kidding me?!?? I have bought cars from a Toyota to rolls Royce and never had such a bad experience. The whole experience was shameful, rushed, and full of them acting like they are standing behind their cars but in reality the min you get the car from them you are on your own. Don't waste your time and efforts just to get scammed, run away fast!!! I will never recommend any I know to buy here and will be suing this dealership for fraud and negligence on everyone's part from the rep to the manager. As a doctor I am in a complete shock that this dealership management is allowed to operate in such a low standard. More
