If you buy here please check your gas tank before you leave and ask them to fill it up. I didn’t do either and it was a mistake to assume it would be filled up when you purchase a car. More

I had made a list and asked about items. He assured me everything was there. Nope wrong floor mats. They got me some others, that didn't match, but I accepted them - not much choice after you've flown out. Promised me full plane ticket reimbursement - got partial. They gave me a key fob that wasn't coded, but assured me it could be. Got back to Ohio. It couldn't be coded. 11 emails to Gutavo (some phone calls) and many promises by him that it was on the way- 6 months later I gave up & just bought a second fob (they're expensive) mailed the old one back to the manager along with a copy of all the emails and my receipt for the one I had to purchase. No response that way either. Don't expect anything from them unless you have it in writing and get it before you leave, but they are really nice while you're there. It is a great car! More

Let's start off with the dealer rushed our whole deal, sent us a car to get us for about 75 miles away to purposely lock you into the deal so you won't want to Uber back home, the car was a disaster!!! The rep purposely opened the car doors every time to hide the fact that the 52 thousand dollar Jaguar didn't have key less entry, the head lights on the car are so light and there is no way to figure that out in a test drive during the day, the car had scratches that we found at the dealer which they acted like they did t know about it, when we showed it to them before leaving the dealership but all paperwork signed they didn't want to do anything for us but give us 100$ to go and fix it else where.... the car has other issues as well, like the steering wheel not changing the radio station ( they told us we don't know how to work the car lol...), the car engine RPM started going up like crazy after we turn off the car the same day we got it... the speaker on the driver side is making clicking noises.... are you kidding me?!?? I have bought cars from a Toyota to rolls Royce and never had such a bad experience. The whole experience was shameful, rushed, and full of them acting like they are standing behind their cars but in reality the min you get the car from them you are on your own. Don't waste your time and efforts just to get scammed, run away fast!!! I will never recommend any I know to buy here and will be suing this dealership for fraud and negligence on everyone's part from the rep to the manager. As a doctor I am in a complete shock that this dealership management is allowed to operate in such a low standard. More

I visited the dealership multiple times over two years to drive the HSE (diesel), Velar, and Sport. I worked with Robert each time and asked tons of questions. He was very knowledgeable about the Land Rover product line and features, while also patient and professional, with no “hard sell” ever. Ultimately, I purchased the Range Rover HSE TD6. It’s an amazing vehicle with a butter smooth ride and transmission, and the sales process was easy and straightforward. I felt respected and valued throughout. When I came to pick up my car, the trade in process was painless and they made sure I knew and understood the features on my car. They even sent out an encore service a week later to make sure I hadn't missed any features and to answer any questions I might have. This was my best car buying experience yet. However, My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we called Rob ahead of time about a specific car that we saw on line and he stepped up. He was clear and honest and knowledgeable about the car so we headed down to Mission Viejo from Huntington Beach. From start to finish, we had excellent service, no surprises and we were out the door with an amazing vehicle at a good price and a tutorial about the car within a couple of hours. We also loved the finance guy who worked hard to get us in and out with the best knowledge as possible.
