I had run out of luck and patience with other service facilities so in a panic I told the tow truck driver to take it to the dealership in Mission Viejo. They arranged a ride for me and a slick rental, then diagnosed and treated my car expertly. I felt truly cared about and valued as a customer, and Matt took the time to explain the mechanical issues, answer my questions, and even make sure that my son was loaded up with snacks. His attention to detail and knowledge of my fairly unusual car will bring me back for everything from routine maintenance to major catastrophes. More

When I inquired about a 2017 "new" RangeRover, the reps on the front end of the sale seemed pretty good. They followed up fairly quickly. I asked for a couple things, because in my search for a new car, some dealers take stock photos and old information and pretend it is related to a vehicle on their lot, so I asked for thngs like actual pictures of the vehicle and actual data. I was assured the pictures on their site were of the actual vehicle. I was told it was new, and I was told it had 10 miles on it. I thought "good", just what I was looking for. I live outside of the state of California, so there was some discussion about if the car could be sold to me. I was told thy could and we could move forward. No negotiation on price for this "new" vehicle. I acquiesced. They were going to handle the transport and include in my invoice. I was a cash buyer, so I told them I would wire funds. The paperwork arrived and the "new" vehicle was actually "used" with 284 miles on it. I asked for a manager to discuss. He was nice enough and went through the reasons and justifications. I signed and wired the funds. I was told the vehicle would be to my destination within 2 that was 5 days ago and I still don't have my car. More

Grant took his time to educate me on the vehicle and how leases were done w/JLR. Coming from BMW's it was a bit different, but quickly understood why. Overall experience was excellent and all staff members were friendly and genuine. I purposely drove to JLR Mission Viejo because of they had the car I wanted, plus they were willing to work out a great deal.
