I always go to this dealership for 3 reasons #1 Amanda always communicates to me what is happening with my car and explains everything. Last year it was late and I just picked up my car around 5pm. I left my briefcase in the loaner car and Amanda waited for me to come back and pick it up. I was very thankful; #2the service techs take care of my car and send me a video; and 3) I've been getting a loaner recently but the waiting room has excellent coffee and snack. More

Took me in right away but I had a bad oil leak and said I needed 2-3 notice for a loaner car...sorry, my car would have no oil if I waited that long. Loaner cars always seem to be an issue and based on dista needed 2-3 notice for a loaner car...sorry, my car would have no oil if I waited that long.
