Getting my new Velar S was an entirely different experience with Sonny from any prior experience with the 'hard sell', high pressure tactics, and being pushed into a car and price I wasn't comfortable with. Settling on a car with Sonny's assistance was an absolute breath of fresh air, with no pressure, but simple help in aiding me with selection of the correct vehicle to suit my wants and needs at a price that was very competitive and provided substantial value for me relative to any other vehicles I considered. Although it was a bitterly cold day and likely not pleasant for Sonny who patiently looked at every single vehicle I considered on their lot and made sure I stayed warm in the process. His absolute professionalism and respectful demeanor blew me away. I have no hesitated to recommend other family to him who have had a consistently exemplary experience with him. I am not sure whether the vehicles sell themselves, but Sonny has certainly been an integral factor in placing customers I know (including myself) in the cars. More
