I recently had my jaguar f-pace serviced at the Peabody dealership. The process could not have been easier. Jennifer was my assigned tech assistant, and she was outstanding! My appointment was going to tak dealership. The process could not have been easier. Jennifer was my assigned tech assistant, and she was outstanding! My appointment was going to take a few hours so I opted to use a loaner vehicle. Again very easy. The service techs found a few issues and I received an email outlining what they were. While I was reading it Jennifer immediately was there to explain any questions I had. One issue was taken care of and as there was no urgency for another we discussed the best way to handle it.
