My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that Raf Sanchez knew so much about the car. This is our 6th Mercedes purchase, the other 5 being from Mercedes dealers. Also, the finance manager was very well organized and there was virtually no wait time on our part. Our first contact, Louis, was out due to family illness so we did not get to meet him. Louis was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions in the early stages of the transaction but had to turn us over to Raf. So, all in all, it was a great team effort . More
