While making a purchase at Jaguar Sarasota was less than acceptable, the service department is TOP NOTCH! From the time I arrived to the time my car was delivered to me (I waited in the lounge), communicati acceptable, the service department is TOP NOTCH! My wait was just under 2 hours and in that time I had a face to face visit from Jorge and also got a video from the technician explaining what was happening with my car. I purchased a BMW X5 from Jaguar Sarasota and had a great experience from start to finish. I dealt with Samir over the phone before driving to Sarasota. He was very accommodating and responded almost immediately to all of my requests. After a 5 hour drive to the dealership I was tired. Samir had the car sitting out front spotless and in pristine condition. Without delay we did a long test drive and then he got the paperwork started right away. The process went quickly as he had prepared much of it before my arrival. I finished with Dan in the finance department which also went quickly. Many thanks to Samir and Dan, as it was one of the nicest car buying experiences that I have ever had. More

Rob was very professional throughout the process and I would definitely buy from him again. The car I bought had a few issues that weren't readily apparent from the initial test drive. After some back and would definitely buy from him again. The car I bought had a few issues that weren't readily apparent from the initial test drive. After some back and forth, management at Jaguar eventually made it right. Title took a while to sort out but that also was eventually made right by Jaguar. Five stars because even though the process wasn't as smooth as it could have been, it ended up with a satisfactory result. Absolutely none of the speedbumps were due to Rob, who was wonderful throughout the process. More
