We were very pleased with the dealership and our We were very pleased with the dealership and our salesperson, Kim Armstrong. However we cannot recommend financing a car through the finance man We were very pleased with the dealership and our salesperson, Kim Armstrong. However we cannot recommend financing a car through the finance manager Tim Fink. When we asked what the difference was between Jaguar/Chase rate of 2.99%s and our own bank, USAA, Tim stepped into the "back office" and returned telling us the USAA rate was 2.89% and that Jaquar/Chase would match that rate. Because they would match USAA's rate we signed to have Jaguar/Chase finance the car. When we got home we received an approved loan application from USAA at 2.19%. which would have saved us $1,000. I returned to Wilde Jaguar the next day and showed Tim the USAA rate of 2.19%. He told me that "Ronny" had given him the 2.89% USAA rate and offered me no recourse other than asking USAA to refinance the car after six months. To his credit, Tim found a $6,000 rebate.
