Wanted to come back and do a follow up Review. Before I bought the car I was told about a defect in the radio screen. Was also told as soon the car was in my name they had it arranged to take it to the dod bought the car I was told about a defect in the radio screen. Was also told as soon the car was in my name they had it arranged to take it to the dodge dealer up the street and gave it fixed for free same day. After the sale was done I went to dodge to get the promised repair. The dodge dealer was aware I was coming but was able to fix the screen as I was promised. They would have to order one. I came from 7hrs away so I wasn’t coming back. Then I was told he contacted the dodge dealer near me and worked it out for them to do the repair. Went to the dealer at home, and same kinda thing. Said they had spoke to someone about it but didn’t get the details that they were replacing the screen and that I was going to be filing a claim on my extended warranty.(was not the deal). So I asked M if he could contact them again and get it all straightened out. He said he would. I asked him a few more times over the next couple days if he had heard anything. He “was busy and didn’t get a chance to yet”. After a week of nothing happening I just told him to forget about. And he did. More
