I was upfront and honest advising that I prefer email communication for documentation purposes, and do not like to beat around the bush when I'm purchasing a vehicle. He understood and proved to have the same mindset. He quickly answered any questions and concerns regarding my interest in the Ford Flex, providing photos, details, etc. The dealership is 4 hrs away, and he made sure all details were in order prior to my driving out to sign the deal. Excellent service. Working with Robert, I purchased a vehicle from Texas. He answered all my questions, address my concerns, and was very forthcoming about the vehicle. I had been looking at cars for six weeks and this was the first one that matched up with what I was told about it before hand. Couldn't ask for a better sales representative. He also arranged to have me picked up from the airport which really helped. Despite the distance, I would totally work with Robert again. The actual sale process with the smoothest I've ever done. Dave had all my paperwork ready for signatures and was really fun to talk to. If we tried, I bet we could have had the deal done in ten minutes. I really appreciated that they respected my time. The last dealer I worked with took three hours to get things done. In the end, I finally got the vehicle I wanted at a good price. It was flawless for the 1200 mile drive home. If I had to do it again, the only thing I would change is to take more time off so I could sight see a bit on the way. More
