Bryan was very patient with me during the test drive and later helped me set up some of these features with clear explanations of their use. After an easy and fair negotiation on my trade, he had my used car touched up and cleaned up like new, leaving me a happy satisfied customer. I feel like he will be there for me if I should need his assistance with the maintenance of my beautiful new (used) car in the future. More

We found a car that we fell in love with, and dealt with a great salesperson, Ken Ianotti. Ken was great, very laid back, no pressure, answered all of our questions and concerns. We were not going to buy that day, but Ken suggested we put in an offer and see what they could do. We feel we got a good price on the car and a fair price for our trade in. We had arrived at Wilde at about 1:30 and we had the deal consummated by 5:00 PM in our new car. Never felt the “up sell “ pressure “ and felt very comfortable w the staff at Wilde. Thank you, Ken. One time, preparing for our vacation in the Keys, in 3 days, we began having a problem with the sensors in the locking mechanism. Of course, service was booked solid for a week! No excuses, no apologies. When I explained the situation, Shayne said, "I'll see what I can do!" Toby called me back, in a few minutes, with, "Bring it in first thing in the morning. We'll take care of it!" And they did. Matt, in Sales, and the body shop personnel, always a smile, a genuine smile. Helpful and truly happy to find answers, solve problems. I have been buying autos for over 50 years, and I have never encountered so many people that worked together so well, that I felt like their only goal, for that day, was to make me happy.
