We visited the dealership not knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted but had a list of items that were important to us. Rob listened to us and said here's what I recommended. He offered us a drink and then went out to the lot and pulled up 3 different vehicles, all within our budget and checklist. He did a fantastic job of explaining the features of 3 vehicles we looked at. He took us on 3 test drives which I felt was truly amazing and generous considering experiences I've had at other dealers. Rob is very passionate and well versed on the Jaguar line and also was very knowledgeable about the competition we we're considering. After finding the perfect car for us, some quick negotiations and we agreed on a deal. Sharon handled all of the paperwork in a thorough and efficient manner. She was great! Ultimately, we purchased a Jaguar XF S and could not be happier. I give 100% credit to Rob in making this a success. Would we recommend Wilde Jaguar and Rob to friends? Absolutely!! Thanks More

Honesty and Integrity is practiced here I bought a used Lexus convertible from Wilde Jaguar “as is” and a few days later I went to start my car and it wouldn’t start. I texted my salesman Ma I bought a used Lexus convertible from Wilde Jaguar “as is” and a few days later I went to start my car and it wouldn’t start. I texted my salesman Matt and explained the situation. He got with management and service and they sent someone out right away to determine what happened. The service rep thought it could be the battery but wasn’t sure. They gave me a nice loaner car so I would have transportation. He got my car to start after charging the battery for a while that he suspected was bad. After further testing it was determined it was the battery and they replaced it. I asked how much I owed and the salesman Matt told me that there was no charge!Two days later they sent a couple of men to return my car and retrieve their loaner car. They too were very friendly! The buying experience was better than any other dealership I had experienced before. The negotiations were friendly and fair. It was nice to hear Christian music playing in their temporary office trailer while they are under construction. The general sales manager listens to the JoyFM radio which is near and dear to my heart as I am a prayer partner with this radio station. In fact we discovered we go to the same church (Bayside)! The finance officer Sharon was very informative, efficient, and friendly as well during the contract signing and add-on options available for consideration. I asked God to show me which car to purchase and he lead me to this dealership via an internet ad and I wasn’t let down! These people and dealership leaders are truly a blessing and they close on Sundays so the workers can be with their families and be free to worship. So for all of the reasons above I gave them five stars and highly recommend this dealership! More
