As enjoyable an experience as car buying can be! We stopped in Wilde Jaguar to look at the new Range Rover Velar, and after several hours with Jeff Velez patiently showing us several different models We stopped in Wilde Jaguar to look at the new Range Rover Velar, and after several hours with Jeff Velez patiently showing us several different models and explaining the different trim levels, styles, options, packages, and accessories, we settled on a Jaguar F-Pace Crossover. It was a bit larger than my wife's current Range Rover Evoque and had several other features that made it an easy decision to move to Jaguar for a change. The entire experience with Jeff was as painless as a car buying experience can be, and his calm professionalism helped send us home with the vehicle by dinnertime. The dealership was fair with us in negotiating a deal, and I never felt pressured to agree to anything I wasn't comfortable with. Even the usually trying F&I "interview" with Sharon was a pleasant experience and again, no pressure to buy anything that wasn't fully explained or needed. This car buying experience was only the second time in 40 years I've walked out of an auto dealership feeling that I had a "pleasant" experience, and we will be back to see the Wilde Dealership and Jeff again in the future. More

I have been a commissioned salesperson and manager for 40 years and also hold a master's degree in psychology. So I consider myself a very good judge of character and salesmanship. Had can not treated me the way I really wanted to be treated I probably would not even have taken the step to go see the car. He is the type of person that you feel you have known all your life. If I didn't keep my car so long I go back up there to see him again. But who knows if Jaguar comes out with something that I love better than my F-Type I will. More
