When they came in he called and invited me to test drive a model he thought I might like…it has haunted me for months! Last week I received a letter from Jaguar saying I was eligible for an early trade-in on my beloved XJ. I called Taga who paired me with his colleague, Jordan. What a delightful professional! Jordan patiently showed me all the options I was interested in and the vehicles locally available. Not having the exact combination I was desiring, he went to work— and to my great surprise and delight— located a rare color and option combination...of my dreams! Taga and Jordan seamlessly, briskly and expertly helped me into my brand new SUV, which I drove home today—exactly one week since my casual inquiry. Oh! And as I was arriving to take delivery, a woman came up to me in my XJ and said, “I want your car!” To her great delight, we were able to switch it to her! Talk about a win win win!! More

We first show Interest on the website and matt sent us an email telling us he would have the car ready to look at the next day when we were ready to come in. After that first visit we told him we were not sure about it and he did not try to sell us on anything we were not ready for. When we decide we wanted to move forward it was easy to negotiate with Matt. We wold go back to Matt for any future car deals. More

Above and Beyond the call of duty I was in the market for an LR4 for 8 months in the northeast. With limited inventory, I opened my search to include all Land Rover dealerships. I noti I was in the market for an LR4 for 8 months in the northeast. With limited inventory, I opened my search to include all Land Rover dealerships. I noticed Wilde was offering a very competitive rate so I while in Florida I test drove the vehicle with Bryan; he was competent and gracious. I decided in under 10 minutes to purchase the vehicle...Wilde was very quick in the negotiations, the paperwork had to be completed out of state so all signatures and forms had to be overnighted - they were adept at expediting registration, signatures and any questions I may have had. Bryan NEVER let the ball drop and even offered to pick me up at the airport to pick up the vehicle...he also connected me to a company that transported my vehicle and delivered the car on time. The car was pristine and detailed and stunning!! BUT more importantly, I expressed one tiny concern ...Bryan took care of my concern but amazingly NEVER informed me that he had taken care of it....I opened the glove box and there was the fix!!This was most certainly ABCD service...ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!! I would give Bryan Miller an "exceeds expectations" review! More
