However, after visiting the car show here in Phoenix, we took a look at the Jaguar XF and talked to Chris, and it became clear that we were ready for a change. I started looking online and isolated a few 2017 Jaguar XF, with a specific one located in Sarasota at Wilde Jaguar. We called the dealership and Jordan Blaugh answered the phone. From the very beginning Jordan was very helpful, professional and able to answer all the questions we’ve had with accuracy and in a timely manner. Therefore we decided to make the purchase with Jordan. In two business day we received all the paperwork, we signed them and send them back the very next day, along with the wire transfer. Jordan put us in touch with Devance Spicer, a shipping company, and less than a week later; the car was delivered at my house in Scottsdale. Now this is what I call efficiency. Not only were Wilde Jaguar, and especially Jordan Blaugh very efficient, but they delivered a 10/10 job from the beginning to the end. I can also say the same thing from Devance Spicer, the driver was impeccable, completely checked the car at pick up, and no damage occurred during the transport. I can ONLY recommend both of them. A very good experience We had been looking for a particular BMW hardtop convertible and we located one at locally at Wilde Jaguar and one in Clearwater. After our internet inquiry, we were teamed up with Bryan. He made us an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicle very quickly and was knowledgable about the car. Our two young boys accompanied us for the appointment and the staff made sure we were all comfortable. Finance took some time as there were numerous other buyers at the dealership the day we purchased. This was our longest wait time. Communication between the buyer and finance could be improved as they pre-completed the paperwork prior to discussing the finance options with us. We have been thoroughly enjoying our new car and reached out to Bryan with questions about the vehicle after we had been driving it for the weekend. He was very informative over the phone and offered for us to swing by to assure that we were oriented with the vehicle. Overall a good experience. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. More
