He was knowledgeable, professional and actually made the sale. I had an F type which frankly was too cramped. I did not have that car with me. He pulled out an identical model so I could sit in it and compare the XKRS he sold me with my F-type. I would not have bought the XKRS had he not made that suggestion. Best of all there was no pressure. It made the drive up from Fort Myers totally worthwhile. Another plus was my car being delivered by Phillip to my home in Fort Myers. The car was delivered in beautiful shape and Philip couldn't have been more friendly. John Finch p.s. Why doesn't Jaguar make sports cars that someone six feet and over can comfortably sit in? More

Jaguar is lucky to have him. Once we decided to purchase the Jag XJL, Stephan prepared the paperwork. The overall financial transaction was about 10 minutes. We spent another 5 minutes signing paper and we were out the door. Next was our orientation to our new car_Robbie gave us a comprehensive description of the entire vehicle during which he answered all our questions. Shayne from the Service Department whom we have known for several years, came over and congratulated us. We requested the she be our service representative and she agreed. We expect that the service that she will provide will continue to be outstanding. The bottom line is that customer service is taken very seriously at Wilde Jaguar. I connected with Zack Costillo to buy a used Jaguar since I was familiar with them. Zack worked with me but my children felt I need a less powerful car since I hadn't driven in 15 years. Zack went out of his way to find me something and I ended up with a Honda Accord. He was a life saver to me and went OUT OF HIS WAY to help, even taking me to a gas station to show me how to pump gas since I had never done it. He was by far the BEST car salesman my husband and I have ever had in my 80 years. I would recommend him highly. More
