He was knowledgeable, professional and actually made the sale. I had an F type which frankly was too cramped. I did not have that car with me. He pulled out an identical model so I could sit in it and compare the XKRS he sold me with my F-type. I would not have bought the XKRS had he not made that suggestion. Best of all there was no pressure. It made the drive up from Fort Myers totally worthwhile. Another plus was my car being delivered by Phillip to my home in Fort Myers. Jaguar is lucky to have him. Once we decided to purchase the Jag XJL, Stephan prepared the paperwork. The overall financial transaction was about 10 minutes. We spent another 5 minutes signing paper and we were out the door. Next was our orientation to our new car_Robbie gave us a comprehensive description of the entire vehicle during which he answered all our questions. Shayne from the Service Department whom we have known for several years, came over and congratulated us. We requested the she be our service representative and she agreed. We expect that the service that she will provide will continue to be outstanding. The bottom line is that customer service is taken very seriously at Wilde Jaguar.
