Left us standing around for hours after the deal was done. Only gave us one broken key for the car and blatantly ignored my wife when she asked about it. Lied about the financing process. I overheard ot done. Only gave us one broken key for the car and blatantly ignored my wife when she asked about it. Lied about the financing process. I overheard other salesmen lying to other customers about how interest rates and refinancing work because they were putting him in a car he couldn’t afford. They lost a document and harassed me for over a week despite me telling them I didn’t have what they needed. I watched two other customers get frustrated with the experience and walk out of the dealership as they were in or waiting on financing. More

Had issues with tire sensors on my purchase of Toyota Tacoma before leaving dealership. They said that service department was closed because it was on a Sunday . They said bring it back anytime that foll Tacoma before leaving dealership. They said that service department was closed because it was on a Sunday . They said bring it back anytime that following week and they would fix the issue .Brought it back to fix the problem and they refused to fix it. I could not believe that they would pull that stunt. Absolutely unacceptable would never do business with them again. More
