My husband and I have been looking for a car because our Lexus lease was coming due. We brought our Lexus into Wilde to get a scratch buffed out and while there we looked across the car lot into Wilde Jagu Lexus lease was coming due. We brought our Lexus into Wilde to get a scratch buffed out and while there we looked across the car lot into Wilde Jaguar and there she was...a sleek black XJ with saddle interior. I had to hold my husband back by telling him that it made no sense to even look. The next day, he called and talked with Adam Cole. He set up an appointment with Adam and went over for a test drive. That sweet number now lives in our garage. We have been pleased with the service we had received with Wilde Lexus so we had the confidence that we were dealing with the right dealership and after meeting Adam we were confident were we dealing with the right salesman. Adam is personable, professional and really understands the meaning of service. Adam came over to our house, on his DAY OFF to program our garage door. The communication between David and I was very pleasant and very business like which I appreciate I don't like alot of nonsense! We were in and out in about 20 minutes which was the fastest the paperwork has ever been completed when I bought a car and I have bought a lot!!! I visited Wilde Jaguar-Maserati to look at (and eventually purchase) a pre-owned 2008 Subaru Outback for use as my daily driver. Although the price of this vehicle was nowhere near that of the new luxury vehicles that serve as the dealership's "bread and butter," Mr. Taga Sickler afforded me the same amount of time, professional courtesy and respect as if I were purchasing a vehicle some 9-10 times the price of my used Subaru. This is the type of customer service that is sorely lacking in the automobile industry today and, were my fortunes to change, I would have no hesitation in returning to this dealership and purchasing a new, or even another used, vehicle. I came into Wilde of Jaguar after being referred by a friend who had previously purchased a car there. I was lucky to meet the sales rep Adam, he was very helpful. I was looking for something affordable and reliable for myself and my two children. I test drove a Camry and loved it but unfortunately was unable to purchase it through Jaguar. Most reps would have said thank you and sorry but we can't help you have a nice day...not Adam, Adam went above and beyond and contacted the Wilde Honda dealership of Sarasota and explained to them my situation. He was able to arrange for me to meet with the Finance manager over there and ultimately I was able to drive home the same day in a car that was exactly what I was looking for. I do believe that without Adams outstanding customer service I would have not been able to do so. He made the car buying experience much more pleasant than any I've experienced in the past. I will undoubtedly refer friends and family to not only Adam at Jaguar but the entire Wilde family. Thank you so very much!! More

I drove from Orlando to buy my car from Wilde in Sarasota. I had decided on another car in Orlando but called Wilde anyway just to reassure myself I was getting the car I wanted. The car I called on at Wilde had just arrived and not even had the photos taken of it yet. I spoke with David Bauer who promptly went out took a photo and sent it to me. It peaked my interest and within no time at all David took all the photos I could want to see of the car. I liked the car, called David back and we were able to handle all the details over the phone for me to purchase the car and trade mine in. When I arrived at the dealership everything was ready and waiting on me and the car looked even better in person. I dealt with Jim on the financing and he took excellent care of everything and handled all the details flawlessly for me. The entire process was so smooth and the quickest I have ever purchased a car. Everyone was professional and courteous and they wanted to make sure I was totally pleased and comfortable with everything before I left. I will definitely call Wilde when looking for my next car and I highly recommend them to anyone else in the market to buy. More
