Mike Stevenson was a pleasure to work with! I called on a Tuesday and was able to bring my range rover in the very next day! AND per my request for a loaner was given a brand new range rover. From the moment I walked in to the service department I was greeted, and waited less than 5 minutes and was seen by Mike who took care of everything. I am not sure how the dealership handles financing and qualifications but it seems very strange. My rate was close to six points above prime and my credit score was above 715.
