Every department was transparent but the finance person was an absolute cheat. After reaching home I contacted the lender and they confirmed neither an extended warranty nor gap insurance was mandatory. The entire transaction was cheated and fraud. The pre-sales person was extremely good, she followed up until the end and ensured that I had a good experience when I reached the showroom, her name was Stacy, I don't remember the name of the salesperson but he was also perfect, he explained all the car features, helped us making a decision, Ronnie who gave me the "Finala pricing of around 24.5 was evident and transparent. but when I reached the finance person things changed. He rushed through the process, and I was under the impression that the final price was 27K, he did not give me any printed copies of the documents, and he gave me an empty drive, after following up for a week, the finance person sent me 4 documents and I learned that I was cheated and the Car cost me 31K. I would discourage everyone from doing any business with this dealer. More

I feel like because I bought a used car and not a jaguar no one went out of their way to make me have a good experience. I had my kids with me. Everyone stayed away from me. Other times I’ve bought vehicle no one went out of their way to make me have a good experience. I had my kids with me. Everyone stayed away from me. Other times I’ve bought vehicles the salesman offered and went to McDonald’s and got the kids food and ice cream. I asked to have my car detailed before I left. It took over an hour and half. It looked the same. I’m now having to pay to have it detailed due to all the water marks. It was honestly the worst car buying experience that I personally have had. More
