I did not buy my vehicle at this dealer however I do love their service department. Friendly, professional and thorough. I drive from Chattanooga , TN. I was quoted verbally a $170 for an oil change. I had a $30 coupon. At first I was told they wouldn't honor it even though there was no restrictions. After they said the coupon would be honored, th I had a $30 coupon. At first I was told they wouldn't honor it even though there was no restrictions. After they said the coupon would be honored, they charged me $190. They were deceptive and dishonest. Plus, you would think they would have washed and vacuumed the car. Especially, after spending $190. The representative was kinda grouchy. More
