DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH JAGUAR SARASOTA! ! After purchasing my car, and after explaining to them my needs, I found out through the bank that they included almost $3,000 in extra fees for cove ! I let them know very clearly that I didn't need any extra in my auto loan. I put down a large amount for the down payment so that I can have a low monthly payment, but now 3k has been added to that! I am reading that a lot of people are in the same situation. I am spending too much effort trying to get in contact with them, and they just simply aren't responding to me anymore. It is very disappointing, because I did my research, and I found out that Jaguar Sarasota had the best price, but it is fake, because they are raising the price through their loans and malpractice. DON'T FALL IN THAT!!!! More
We went to this dealership to purchase a pre owned vehicle. The staff was not knowledgeable about the vehicle or the reconditioning process. They never responded to calls or texts and once we moved forward with the process, they ran a credit report and even with an 800+ FICA score, they came back with a very high interest rate and told me I could only get that rate if I also purchased an extended warranty for $5000! Oh…and then because of the warranty, I would also have to purchase gap insurance! This dealership appears to have some shady business practices and they also have exorbitant dealer fee add ins of over $3000 BUYER BEWARE! More
Dealership was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly once they realized we were there. Bought two cars from them. I am still waiting on paperwork that I was never given and info on an extended warranty from a third party. I have no complaints about any staff, they were all wonderful. More

I had a blow out Friday, 17 night and had it towed to Jaguars Sarasota as I did not have a spare. MS Lane called me Saturday morning, told me there was a recall she whould take care of and made sure my tire was fixed. I was out the door by noon and could not speak highly of her service. Overall the purchase experience was good. Finance (Jason) was excellent. Felt the salesman Aeman was rushing us and did not follow up to ask if we needed anything further. Overall the experience was fine. I expected more with the dealership being Jaguar /Land Rover, but regardless of the brand-people are people and there’s always room for improvement. The experience of buying a used vehicle was good up until financing. Where the representative felt like he had to insult us to sell us on the product, which I think is desperate attempt to make a sale. As someone in the service industry, I would never insult or put down my client to convince them to get something that is going to protect their investment. Most people know that financing takes a while and so for our experience to have taken the longest time with that negative person, put a sour taste in the overall purchase. Buying a car should always feel fun and exciting and somewhere it’s become stressful felt like a rip off and even the most luxurious brands are lacking in their ability to deliver an experience. Luckily, the service manager at the end, recovered the overall sale with just being a genuinely kind and courteous person respectful of our needs and willingness to go a little further and provide customer service. More
