The service was prompt and efficient. My only complaint is that the customer amenities in the waiting area are sorely lacking. I would expect more from a Jaguar/Land Rover dealership. There has been a serious cutback under the current owners. I expect to be offered more than a bottle of Costco brand water while spending over $1200 on regular annual service. My other car is a GMC, and the customer waiting amenities at that dealership far surpass this. More

Dropped off before opening for an alignment. Alignment is perfect, however the service writer was less than communicative. Service writer was more interested in a YouTube video and showing an energy drink to a colleague. Another service writer finally took care of me and got me paid up. Not sure if he was overloaded or busy but definitely didnt receive any attention on my end. More

And during the process, somehow my name and number was given to sales who thought that I was interested in a new Defender so got about 20 calls and messages from different sales people during a two week period though the only reason I was in touch with the dealership was regarding service on my Jaguar F-Type R. I dropped off my Car to dealership twice with the same complaint. The front doors were making squishy sounds and both times I got them back with the same sound and I was told it was fixed, they put some l complaint. The front doors were making squishy sounds and both times I got them back with the same sound and I was told it was fixed, they put some lubrication on the door something like that.None of them worked.Taylor told me doors fixed he checked out him self ! When I picked the car I was about to leave, I wanted to check the doors my self , the door was still making the same sound. I called Taylor out to show him it’s the same nothing is fixed for the second time! Taylor started to checking the doors he figured that out and fixed it right out there that service couldn’t fix twice.In my opinion service department needs some improvement it’s not fair to give the car back without fixing twice it and saying it’s fixed. More
