Brought in my car for USB not connecting to my IPHONe and GPS system thru I-Phone. USB was defective and had to be replaced to the tune of $4,500.00 Vehicle was in dealership a week . I came to pick up v GPS system thru I-Phone. USB was defective and had to be replaced to the tune of $4,500.00 Vehicle was in dealership a week . I came to pick up vehicle and they didn’t update my MAPS. I had to drive back (four times) within 15 minutes. Every time I drove off something went wrong with the system. No one knows what they are doing! I’ve been leaving messages and voice mails for Mike with no response nice person, horrible communicator. I will be calling Monday morning I want to talk with a person of authority. I don’t know if the service department is owned or managed by the dealership but it’s a very POOR reflection on the company. I was not told until I paid and signed the paperwork that there was only 1 set of keys. Approximately $ 350.00 for a replacement set.
