Horrible. Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and service never called me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them and when I showed up to pick up my car th Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and service never called me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them and when I showed up to pick up my car the advisor made me wait :30 minutes. Then a different person wrote me up. They got a lot of work to do in that service department. I spent $3000 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had and they wonder why people don’t take their vehicles to the dealership for service. i’ll definitely be looking for an aftermarket service department elsewhere in the Saratoga area More

Salesmen was rude, didn’t even fill up gas tank all the way. He made us feel like we are lower class of people because we are buying aNissan at Jaguar dealership. They employ an old school closer that will attempt to talk you out of any sort of deal you might think you’re going to get. They also have over 4k in dealer fees. Bought another car a month prior, dealer talk you out of any sort of deal you might think you’re going to get. They also have over 4k in dealer fees.
