It was ok. AND these fees are no optional so you must get them. That's xx. The attention of the staff was very nice and respectful, but the deals aren't what you see online. Lots of hidden stuff. I don't know why dealers can't honor the price they say the car is without inflating it with xx fees plus the regular taxes you spend on buying a vehicle. More
When I got to the car dealership although I had an appointment they had at told me they lost the car. Then they found the car. Then they lost the keys. They charged me $1,000 for protection plan that I did not want and a $550 filing fee. Those were non-negotiable and they would not negotiate with me on anything else to lower the price as they increased it by $1500. They did not give me a spare tire, they did not give me two keys ( Close to another $1000. to replace tire, jack, etc and a new key fob.and although I signed paperwork saying that I was going to receive a full tank of gas I got a quarter of a tank of gas and had to drive 2 hours home on that. A few days later someone called me at work asking for my opinion on the experience. I told him I was not happy and I was at work and would like to talk to them at a later date. No one called me back. The experience was not pleasant, and far more than the price that was advertised. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More

My experience with this dealership is complicated, but I'll give the scaled-version. I found the vehicle online and went to Jaguar to see and test drive it. Although it was always my first choice, I still wanted to check out a couple of other before making a decision. At the time of my initial visit, I informed Ryan that I was pre-approved with my financial institution (had a pretty good interest rate) and that my credit would not need to be pulled. Ryan told me that my financial institution was one from which Jaguar accepts drafts. I went back about a week later to let my salesman Hunter know that I wanted the vehicle. After about a three hour wait, I was finally ushered in to finance and that's where things started that I didn't like, but in accepting my part of the problem, I admit that although my mind was speaking to me, I did not do my due diligence. The fact that the contract was created on a electronic on the finance person's desktop and that I not read know what the numbers where. Feeing something inside, at one point, I said to Janter that I shouldn't be signing the forms without reading them. After him telling me a story of another customer who'd had the forms printed out and it had taken three hours to complete the process, I forged forward since I'd already been there four hours and was hungry. Needless to say, I signed without reading and the final amount of the sale was never told to me because I had prematurely shared the amount that I'd been approved for (which I didn't plan to use the entire amount). Another on of my errors was not knowing (due to my failure to read an email) the process of purchasing a vehicle via preapproval. Although I accept my part of the reasons for the issues that I now have, I also found out after the deal was over and done that the initial manager that I spoke to with Hunter, had lied to me and set off some of the issues with the purchase. As far as would I recommend this dealer? The only reason why I would is because of the fact that I was told that the main individual is no longer there. In fact, in less than a month of me purchasing my vehicle from Jaguar, two other friends has bought vehicles from the dealership. More

I bought a Dealer General Warranty from Sarasota Jaguar and the finance department salesman said this warranty can be cancelled and a refund in full if you dont want it in the first 30 days. The second line says it all on page 6 under Cancellation by Owner in the DGW Bundle documents. I purchased the warranty for $2,204.00 and received a check for $1,833.28. When i went to school those numbers do not match. Contacting these people is like trying to speak to the president. The contract was bought on 4/09/2024 and cancelled on 4/22/2024. That was the filing date I was asking to cancel it since the 13th of April. But i could not talk to anyone to get it done. I thought if I dealt with a high end dealership company I would be treated better than if I went to Dodge. The service is the same as far as I can see. Beware of the slick tongues More
