We drove 40 miles to get to your dealership, took us 6 hours to complete the transaction for what we have no paperwork. Called spoke with the person that we "work" with and he told he was going to e-mail hours to complete the transaction for what we have no paperwork. Called spoke with the person that we "work" with and he told he was going to e-mail me the documents, never got it. Try to speak with the financial person left a message, never got a call back. But, thank God there is the internet, and i am telling everybody about our experience. I know it does not matter for you guys and also everyone knows that buy a card is always a very depressing experience. We hope we do not have to do this for the next 10 years. One more thing, no one on your lists below was at the place where we got the car. More

Brought in my car for USB not connecting to my IPHONe and GPS system thru I-Phone. USB was defective and had to be replaced to the tune of $4,500.00 Vehicle was in dealership a week . I came to pick up v GPS system thru I-Phone. USB was defective and had to be replaced to the tune of $4,500.00 Vehicle was in dealership a week . I came to pick up vehicle and they didn’t update my MAPS. I had to drive back (four times) within 15 minutes. Every time I drove off something went wrong with the system. No one knows what they are doing! I’ve been leaving messages and voice mails for Mike with no response nice person, horrible communicator. I will be calling Monday morning I want to talk with a person of authority. I don’t know if the service department is owned or managed by the dealership but it’s a very POOR reflection on the company.
