Had a great experience purchasing my used car. Got a decent price for the trade in after negotiation and the process was really smooth overall. Initial visit to Dealer was a disaster. Dealer policies were very Customer unfriendly : $5200 in required extras. Egh! The service center took my truck, did what they said for the oil change. I checked before going to see that I had extended warranty that covered maintenance and they said yes. Again after arriving, they sai the oil change. I checked before going to see that I had extended warranty that covered maintenance and they said yes. Again after arriving, they said I did. I was asked about the service, they told me they couldn’t do everything requested. That was all fine—not a big deal. Days later, I got a call asking me to pay for the service because “my warranty didn’t cover the maintenance.” Bad business. More
