the whole process takes too long and there were 3 vin numbers they entered, Two were wrong on my documents (id for Geico). But Liz and Monique were very nice. I think I got treated the same as if I bought a Jaguar or Land Rover. I was there for the 23 Nissan Rogue 20,000 miles and 20K (I think). It was my 4th Rogue 16,18,21 and 23. Our salesperson was nice. The finance person, Jason, was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. He didn’t want to be bothered with us and was extremely insulting, The finance person, Jason, was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. He didn’t want to be bothered with us and was extremely insulting, basically calling us stupid for not purchasing a warranty he was peddling. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

While my car was in for an oil change, the service department pointed out a couple of items that were nearing being due. There was no emergency professed and no hard sell.
