This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson was great but as soon as I was turned over to the finance department, that’s when it went really bad. I told the finance person that I did not want to purchase an extended warranty and he all of the sudden went from friendly to extremely agitated and rude. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had buying a car. When I left he didn’t even give me copies of my financial documents and I finally received them after 2 days of asking and calling the dealership. Funny thing is that the purchase price was nearly $2,000 more than the price I agreed to with my salesperson. The original price on the car was $19,899 and my final cost ended up being $28,221. I agreed to $26,500 with all of the dealer fees and tax, title and license, etc. I emailed the finance department asking for a better breakdown of my loan and purchase price and unsurprisingly received no response. I just want to know what I received for the extra two grand added to my purchase price without my consent or knowledge. Nothing I can do considering I found out after the loan had been completed…. Very crooked shady business practices at this dealership. I have bought several new and used cars in my life at several dealerships and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and not because of the salesperson but solely because of the finance department. My sales lady was really nice and easy to work with, too bad the experience was ruined by others. More

The staff was prompt, knowledgeable, super friendly, and took care of all of my concerns the first time. I my surface advisor Juliana Bugatti was excellent and stayed in communication with me writing me abo took care of all of my concerns the first time. Embarrassingly I missed some of those messages, by my own fault, not hers. I was never worried because I was sure she had everything handled and taken care of. Couldn’t or didn’t fix simple squeaky door when i left my car at the dealer for 10k maintenance. I have no time to go back to deal with that again and i mentioned this matter in other feedback no body cared car at the dealer for 10k maintenance.
