The advertised vehicle price is what drew us to the dealership. We expected some added fees but not the $2500 jaguar extras fee for items listed on a pamphlet on the desk. Upon looking back at the ad, it was in the fine print but we can’t see that these add on’s were of any value. Financing was also a requirement for this purchase. Our sales person was nice and not pushy, but the financing representative less personable and visibly frustrated that we wouldn’t buy the extended warranty. We did purchase and are happy with the vehicle. Our advice is to read the fine print on their ad and expect a higher than advertised price. More
I implore you to take a look at the fine print! ! The finance guy will get very upset with you, he might even call you a fool, once you tell him (several time's) that you're not interested in adding ! Not to mention, I can buy a extended warranty, when I'm ready. I am not adding a extra $3000 to my loan, that I also would have to pay interest on. This man went to turning colors when he knew I meant what I said. He then tried to switch my financing over to their in-house finance dept, which they wanted to give me a 10.75 interest rate!! My credit score is over 750, so make it make sense. I've never felt so upset, after purchasing a vehicle, the more I thought about how i was treated, the more upset I got. I don't want anyone else to feel like this, so here's your warning. Add at least $4000 to the price they have listed, before you even speak to a finance guy, they will then basically xxxx near bully you into buying a extended warranty, and when they can't, the finance guy will get very upset, call you name's, etc. And your inters rate, expect them to make it as high as possible, if YOU ALLOW IT. Once again, I implore anyone going here to look at a vehicle, to READ THE FINE PRINT ON THEIR WEBSITE. More

I left several voice messages with the service department and never got a call back. After multiple attempts to get a human on the phone I finally had someone pick up my call.
