In May 2025 we purchased a Land Rover Discovery at Land Rover Sarasota. The experience was horrible. Many things went wrong, several increasing price quotes, missing equipment at deliver, etc. A new GM Rover Sarasota. The experience was horrible. Many things went wrong, several increasing price quotes, missing equipment at deliver, etc. A new GM, Chris Lima was contacted by us, and the problem resolution started immediately. This included the termination of the sales person. This quickly showed us how dedicated Chris is to solving problems and customer satisfaction. Within two weeks all the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. If you’ve had a poor experience in the past at this dealership I can confirm the past bad culture is being eliminated. I believe Chris Lima will quickly restored customer satisfaction and confidence in the professionalism of this dealership. More
