I've been a loyal customer at this particular dealership, and have bought two cars there and never had any bad experience with the sales department or anything like that, I've only had very positive welcomin and have bought two cars there and never had any bad experience with the sales department or anything like that, I've only had very positive welcoming experiences. However, the reason I continue to buy cars there is very specifically my service manager Bobby. I've always been treated by him with kindness and respect and always goes above and beyond for me. Although I love the jaguar product, I do believe a car is just a car and, the car is only as good as the service that backs it up. For me, that's the most important thing i'm looking for. If Bobby left and went to a different car manufacturing company. I would buy a car at that dealership as well, just to have that same level of service. I'm sure jaguar looks at these reviews, and I just want to make it known that the 2 cars I've purchased and all the service I've had done there was very specifically because of my service manager Bobby. I brought the Range Rover Sport in because there was an intermittent misfire. They did a diagnostic check and found that the misfire was in 4 out of 6 cylinders.
